ISOMA - Ale Alonso & Yeronimou
ISOMA is an Afro-House track that integrates the voices of 5 young Maasai girls from the Orkisima village into a musical art piece, helping raise awareness and funds for the development of the community.
Singing in their tribal dialect ‘Maa’, an Eastern Nilotic language spoken in Southern Kenya and Northern Tanzania by the Maasai people, these five girls sing some of their native gospels.
WHERE DO THE PROCEEDS GO TO?
ISOMA Children NGO, has many projects where the funds will be directed, the number one priority is bringing potable water! Other projects the funds will be used towards are: the construction of a primary and secondary school, bringing electricity, building a healthcare facility, creating a wildlife conservation programme, an arts and sports programme, to harness young boys and girl’s talent and showcase it around the world.
The ISOMA song is just the first glimpse on how talented these children are, and how musicians and producers can help them reach their full potential.
100% of the profits from this song will be donated to the children of the Orkisima village in Tanzania.
